Aconteceu no final do mês de outubro o 12º Encontro de Associados da Rede Hiperfarma. Realizado no Resort Costão do Santinho, em Florianópolis (SC), o evento aconteceu em parceria com laboratórios e distribuidoras do sul do Brasil.
A eleição aconteceu no dia 1º deste mês pelos associados da Rede Hiperfarma, onde foi eleita a nova Diretoria Executiva da associação. A 10ª Gestão aclamada ficará à frente da rede de farmácias dos estados do Paraná e Santa Catarina durante o biênio 2017/2018.
A nova presidente da Rede Hiperfarma é a farmacêutica e empresária Lucia Cristina P. Karasawa do município de Quitandinha (PR). Ela já integrava à 9ª Gestão, porém, como Diretora de Marketing responsável por toda a mídia televisiva e impressa da rede. No total, a rede integra 164 farmácias dos estados do Paraná e Santa Catarina. A Rede Hiperfarma é a maior rede Associativista destes estados. A nova diretoria assume no dia 1º de janeiro de 2017.
A Rede Hiperfarma foi fundada em 13 de agosto de 1998 com o propósito de unir 48 farmácias independentes. Apesar de seguir governada por seus associados num modelo associativista, não havia ninguém que entendesse profundamente desse modelo.
Os primeiros passos para profissionalização aconteceram em 2002 quando a rede associou-se a Febrafar (Federação Brasileira de Redes Associativistas de Farmácias). A partir daí os associados tiveram um maior acesso a eventos farmacêuticos e puderam trocar experiências com redes de farmácias de todo o Brasil.
Esse modelo de gestão deu tão certo que em 2006 a rede foi convidada pela Febrafar para apresentar o case: “A profissionalização do marketing”, transformando o trabalho numa referência nacional.
Atualmente os investimentos vêm sendo aplicados nas áreas de tecnologia e comunicação, com a unificação do software de gestão e a criação do site e da intranet, principal meio de comunicação com os associados.
Em outras áreas a Rede Hiperfarma também procurou seu desenvolvimento, hoje ampliou o leque de ferramentas que disponibiliza para seus associados com: cartão de crédito, convênios, treinamentos técnicos, confraternizações, parcerias, condições comerciais atrativas, visibilidade, assessoria jurídica e participação em feiras e grandes eventos do segmento farmacêutico.
