Com o objetivo de se aproximar ainda mais das farmácias e preocupada em oferecer conteúdo de qualidade a todos os públicos da cadeia de vendas, a Bayer lançou recentemente novo website Bayer na Farmácia (www.farmacia.bayer.com.br), portal criado para estreitar o relacionamento da empresa com as farmácias de todo o Brasil.
A plataforma online reúne conteúdos exclusivos Bayer sobre produtos, informações relevantes para o dia a dia, além de oferecer cursos de qualificação para farmacêuticos e profissionais da farmácia.
Em parceria com a Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM), a grade de cursos oferecidos para esse público permite acumular pontos que, posteriormente, podem ser trocados por benefícios e brindes. Entre os temas, estão: Atendimento Canal Farma, Regulatórios Aplicados ao Segmento Farma e Logística Aplicada às Farmácias. Além de todo o conteúdo e dos cursos oferecidos, existe ainda a opção de receber newsletters com as novidades do portal.
Para acessar o site, basta preencher um cadastro simples composto por nome, CPF, CRF (para farmacêuticos), e-mail e telefone celular. Para maior assertividade, o espaço foi dividido em três áreas:
- Sou farmacêutico – canal exclusivo para o profissional farmacêutico, tendo acesso aos serviços, materiais científicos e informações completas sobre os produtos.
- Sou gerente de loja – área dedicada a gerentes, compradores e pessoal administrativo, na qual se encontra informações sobre os principais eventos, entrevistas e notícias do mercado farmacêutico brasileiro, tendo acesso aos materiais e cursos exclusivos.
- Sou balconista/caixa – para quem é atendente, caixa, guardador, ajudante, consultor ou dermoconsultor para se atualizarem com notícias e novidades sobre o mercado farmacêutico e com uma área exclusiva de treinamentos e capacitação.
Para a construção do portal, a Bayer foi ao mercado e entendeu as necessidades desse público. “É importante entender que esses profissionais são fundamentais no atendimento ao consumidor e esclarecimento de dúvidas. Para isso, repensamos um canal que existia e era exclusivo para os farmacêuticos, reformulamos e ampliamos sua abrangência a todos os profissionais da farmácia, incluindo os balconistas e gerentes”, explica o Diretor Comercial e de Efetividade de Negócios na Bayer, Marcelo Bonato.
“A aceitação do Bayer na Farmácia está sendo muito grande, isso se deve à preocupação com que o site vem sendo desenvolvido, entendendo o que o público gostaria de receber. Por exemplo, observamos um grande interesse por conteúdos de autodesenvolvimento.
